With 7 years of competitive natural bodybuilding, he brings elite-level knowledge to everyday clients who want real results without shortcuts. He started Fit For Him to help people connect faith, food, and fitness in a way that actually lasts.

Do I need gym access for personal training?
No gym membership needed. Sessions are held at our home gym, which has all the equipment you need to get an outstanding workout.
Can couples do this together?
Absolutely — we strongly encourage it. Couples who train and eat well together tend to see better results and stay consistent longer. We offer a couples discount on nutrition coaching to make it easier for you and your partner to reach your goals side by side.
Do I need experience with nutrition or training to join?
Not at all. Our programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're brand new to fitness or already have a routine and want to level it up.
